Torri Schaffer

Torri Schaffer started Torri’s Legal Services (TLS) in 1990. She and her ex-husband had a process serving business in Washington DC. When the marriage dissolved, Torri went out on her own using the skills she had learned from that experience. Over the years, she built a successful, thriving company providing process serving nationwide from her company’s headquarters in the Washington, DC area. Torri is dedicated to excellence and is committed to continuously maintaining and expanding her company’s knowledge of process serving regulations (of which there are many, and they vary by jurisdiction), and skip-tracing techniques. To do so, she and her staff attend seminars and events to remain well-informed of the different laws and regulations nationwide.

Laura Creekmore

I have been involved in the legal profession since 1985. I began working as a legal secretary that specialized in corporate and personal injury cases. In 2002 I decided to become a Private Investigator and started my own Process Serving Company. In 2003 I merged with another Process Serving Company and I remained there for 17 years as the Office Manager. I joined the team of Torri’s Legal Services in 2019 where I am the Office Manager/ Nationwide Coordinator. I also handle all the domestications nationwide.
Through the years I have attended various conferences to expand my knowledge of all aspects of the Process Serving Profession. My passion is my 5 grandchildren that are under the age of 5. In my spare time I enjoy going to the beach and relaxing at home.
